Michael Alexandridis

Michael Alexandridis has extensive experience in credit risk management, currently serving as the Head of Non-Retail Credit Risk Controlling and previously as a Credit Policy Manager at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since November 2015. Key responsibilities include developing credit policies, implementing innovative changes in mortgage processes, analyzing credit risk, budgeting, and improving data quality across reporting departments. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Scientist at the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, focusing on scanning tunneling microscopy and the study of graphene layers. Michael holds a PhD in Physics of Surfaces and Interfaces from Charles University, complemented by a Master's degree in Surface and Plasma Science from the same institution.
