Tomáš Zrna

Tomáš Zrna is an experienced professional in the IT and banking sector, currently serving as Director of IT Digital at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since May 2009. Zrna focuses on enhancing customer experience and digital acquisition across all client segments and channels. Previous roles include Program Manager for multichannel strategy and core banking transformations, as well as leading CRM initiatives. Prior to Raiffeisenbank, Zrna worked at Unisys on core banking system implementations and at GE Money Bank in various IT project management roles, including significant projects such as EURO adoption and process-driven system developments. Tomáš Zrna holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Economics, Prague.
