Wyatt Hilkene serves as the Head of Operations & Business Development at Raiinmaker | Mint Your Moment since April 2024. Previously, Wyatt was the Director of Operations at 4K.COM for two years, where responsibilities included leading operations team meetings, developing Web3 operational strategies, and ensuring collaboration across various departments. Prior experience includes roles at 3Diligent, where Wyatt was VP of Operations and Special Projects, overseeing strategic growth and hiring, and Director of Operations, managing a large supplier network and logistics performance. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Real Estate Agent at Rodeo Realty, Inc. and a Marketplace Coordinator at Lifecrowd. Wyatt holds an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
