Mark Teoh

Mark Teoh is an experienced education professional currently serving as Program Officer for Education at the Raikes Foundation since January 2023. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at Teach Plus, including Vice President of Learning, Research, and Impact, and Senior National Director of Research & Knowledge, among others. Mark has also contributed to academic institutions as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware Valley University and Seattle University. Mark's earlier career includes positions in school districts such as Executive Director of Research, Evaluation, Assessment, and Development at Seattle Public Schools and various roles at Boston Public Schools. With a strong academic background, Mark earned a Doctor of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where additional degrees in Education Policy, Leadership, Instructional Practice, and Educational Policy were also completed.
