Chris Crothers

Chris Crothers currently serves as the Director of Impact Investing and Senior Program Officer at the Jessie Ball duPont Fund, where responsibilities include managing relationships and proposal requests for grantee organizations in Wilmington, Delaware, and previously overseeing a portfolio of about 90 grantees in the northeastern United States. Prior to this role, Chris contributed as Communications Director at the Foundation for the Mid South, focusing on brand consistency and audience engagement. Chris also established a consulting practice, Cro'Ative Communications, serving nonprofit organizations and local businesses, and co-owned MusiQuarium, LLC, a boutique music store in Jackson, Mississippi. Chris's career began at Be Bop Record Shop as a manager. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Mississippi State University.
