Jason Webb

Jason Webb has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Jason has held various roles in different companies, starting with Virgin Trains in 1997 as a Strategic IT Projects Manager. Jason then worked at thetrainline.com as a Consultant before becoming a Director at Tribute Ltd. In 2005, they joined Virgin Trains again as a Distribution Manager. Jason also served as the Head of Online Services at National Rail Enquiries, responsible for the strategy and operation of self-service channels. Later, they joined ATOC as a Snr Head of Customer Journey, overseeing the buying experience of customers across the network. Currently, Jason is working at Rail Delivery Group as the Customer Information Director and also served as the Deputy Managing Director of the customer portfolio.

Jason Webb attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1989 to 1991, where they earned their HND in Business Studies. From 1994 to 1995, they studied at the University of Birmingham and obtained a Chartered Institute of Marketing degree in Marketing (MCIM).
