Louise Gale

Louise Gale is a seasoned professional in the railway industry with extensive experience in fares management and customer experience. Currently serving as Delivery Lead (Fares) at Rail Delivery Group since April 2017, Louise works towards executing the Action Plan from the industry-wide Fares Forum established in 2016. Previous roles include Fares Implementation Manager at GWRUK and First Great Western, as well as Pricing & NRS Administrator and Customer Experience Team Support at Southern Railway Limited. Earlier experience includes academic administration at London School of Commerce and retail merchandising at The National Trust. Louise holds a BSc in Sociology from the University of Bristol, completed in 2008.
