Barış Kural has a solid work experience in various industries. In 2016, they started as an intern at Komsan Compressor. Barış then became a management intern at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. in 2017. Later in the same year, they joined Arçelik Global, where they held multiple roles, including project assistant and global SP pricing & business development engineer. In 2021, they joined KoçDigital as a business analyst and scrum master, working on IoT projects and managing project development teams. Currently, they are employed at Rail-Flow as an information technology business analyst.
Barış Kural completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University from 2013 to 2018.
In 2022, they started pursuing their Master of Science (MS) in International Economics and Public Policy at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, and their enrollment is currently ongoing.
