Dominik Fürste

Dominik Fürste is the co-founder and CEO of Rail-Flow, a start-up based in Frankfurt. Rail-Flow operates a leading platform for rail freight and intermodal transport solutions, serving over 350 customers and employing more than 80 people. Dominik Fürste also holds the position of an investor at Immozy GmbH and is a co-founder and investor at AcceleRail Advisors GmbH. Prior to their current roles, they founded Force Ventures & Advisors GmbH. Before entering the start-up industry, Dominik Fürste had significant experience in the railway sector, serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at TX Logistik AG from 2017 to 2019 and holding various positions at DB Cargo AG and DB. Dominik started their career with internships in controlling, business development, and in-house consulting at Deutsche Bahn AG and Messer Group.
