Daniel Lee

Daniel Lee is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading development and engineering efforts across various companies. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Rail (formerly Layer2 Financial) since November 2021, Daniel previously held positions such as Senior Software Engineer at Kinaxis from July 2020 to November 2021, and Senior Data Engineer at Rubikloud Technologies from October 2017 to July 2020. Daniel's career began at Redknee Inc as a Software Developer from May 2004 to March 2015, after starting as a Software Engineer at EMS Technologies. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Senior System Analyst (Consultant) at Shoppers Drug Mart between June 2015 and October 2017. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science with a Software Engineering option from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1997 and 2002.
