Vaibhav Saraf

Vaibhav Saraf has over 12 years of work experience. Vaibhav started their career in 2007 as a Business Analyst - Strategy & Operations at Deloitte Consulting. In 2008, they moved to Analysys Mason as a Consultant. In 2012, they joined Schneider Electric as Manager, Corporate Strategy, where they managed the company transformation program 'Connect' and the Solar business. In 2014, they joined DCF Advisory Services as Chief Manager, where they led the planning of Maharashtra's pathbreaking program for water conservation "Jalyukta Shivar Abhiyan" and conceptualized and setup the first of its kind "City Transformation Office" at Thane Municipal Corporation. In 2018, they moved to Palladium: Make It Possible as Associate Director and played an integral role in the company's merger with The Palladium Group. Currently, they are the Co-Founder of Railofy.

Vaibhav Saraf attended Centre Point School, Nagpur and Bhavan's B.P Vidya Mandir, Nagpur for their primary and secondary education. Vaibhav then attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2002 to 2007. In 2011, they completed their Post Graduate Program (PGP) from the Indian School of Business.
