Alex Bell

Alex Bell is the Principal of Employer Covenant at Railpen, where they provide in-house advice regarding the ability of sponsoring employers to meet their defined benefit pension obligations. Previously, Alex worked as a Business Analyst at The Pensions Regulator, focusing on scheme funding valuations and covenant implications. They also served as a Senior Manager in Pensions Credit Advisory at PwC, advising on various aspects of defined benefit pension schemes. Alex holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of York and A-levels in Mathematics, English Literature, and Biology from Trinity School.
