David Owen

David Owen, CFA, is currently a Senior Manager in Investment Advisory and Funding at Railpen, a position held since 2011. Previously, they served as an Investment Consultant at Aon Hewitt from 2007 to 2011 and were a Senior Investment Manager at British Business Bank from 2005 to 2007. David's career began as an Investment Manager at Close Brothers Asset Management, where they worked from 1999 to 2005. They earned a BSc in Economics from the University of York and completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program at the CFA Institute.
