Neil Welsby

Neil Welsby has extensive work experience in risk and valuation roles. Neil is currently the Head of Private Markets Risk and Valuation at Railpen. Prior to that, they were a Senior Valuations Manager at Railpen. Before joining Railpen, Neil worked at PwC where they held various roles including Senior Manager in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications valuations practice in PwC London, Associate Director in the Valuations team in PwC Sydney, and Manager in the PwC Valuations team in London. Neil also worked as a Consultant at Aon, where they provided specialist advice in executive compensation. Neil started their career as a Senior Associate in the Investment Management division of the Assurance team at PwC London.

Neil Welsby completed their ACA Qualification from ICAEW in the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield from 2006 to 2010, and also at the University of Sydney from 2008 to 2009. Neil Welsby additionally holds the certification of Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAEW, which they obtained in 2010.
