Stephen Owens

Stephen Owens is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Railpen since January 2025, Stephen previously led the Microsoft 365 & Power Platform team at Venator Materials Plc, where responsibilities included managing team performance and overseeing technical migrations for global users from various outdated systems to modern Microsoft solutions. Prior to this role, Stephen contributed to several organizations, including Huntsman and Aker Solutions, where responsibilities ranged from integration engineering to overseeing global IT operations. Stephen holds a BSC in Computer Studies from Teesside University, completed in 2004.
