Charlie Moyer

Charlie Moyer has been working in the engineering field since 2013. Charlie began their career as an Engineering Lab Assistant at Penn State University. In 2015, they joined CyPhy Works as an Associate Electro Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for payload design and implementation, system engineering, integration, and test engineering. Charlie also performed maintenance and upkeep for a fleet of UAV systems, as well as designed, fabricated, and programmed test fixtures and infrastructure. During their time at CyPhy Works, they also worked as an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Intern, where they were involved in early stage investigation for new technologies, and performed system level tests and integration work for payloads. In 2018, they joined RailPod Inc. as a Test Engineer.

Charlie Moyer graduated from Penn State Altoona in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Electro Mechanical Engineering Technology. In 2016, they obtained a Remote Pilot certification from the FAA.
