Dawn Payne

Dawn Payne has extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at Railroad Construction Company, Inc. since September 2018. Prior to this role, Dawn worked for Skanska USA Building, Inc. as a Payroll Accountant from 2004 to 2018, handling weekly and bimonthly multi-state payrolls, tax data entry, union audits, and month-end processing. Earlier in the career, Dawn acted as a Payroll Supervisor at J-M Manufacturing Co, Inc. / JM Eagle from 1994 to 2002, overseeing payroll processing, commission calculations, and federal and state tax filings. Dawn's technical expertise includes JD Edwards Payroll and Accounting, Microsoft Office, and Ceridian Tax Software. Education was pursued at County College of Morris between 1990 and 1991.
