Jack Tobin began their work experience in 1990 at PKF-Mark III, Inc. where they held multiple roles as Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Business Development Manager. In 2003, they joined E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager, Chief Estimator, and Vice President. Finally, in 2015, they became the Vice President at Railroad Construction Company, Inc.
Jack Tobin attended Lakeland Regional Highschool from 1978 to 1982. Jack then went on to study at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.

Railroad Construction Company (RCC) was founded in 1926 and for 94 years operated as a family-owned business. In 2020, RCC was re-established as an ESOP, creating shared ownership between co-workers, driving productivity and offering a direct investment in the future accomplishments of RCC.
