Brian Mauter has worked in the software development field since 2000. Brian began their career as a Software Developer at Drinks.com in 2000. In 2002, they joined Accenture as a Technical Architect and interned with the Knowledge Management team while finishing up at the University of Alabama. At Accenture, they maintained and enhanced the Billing Tower's internal and customer-facing websites, as well as the defect database tool (VB6 and Sybase) used by the 150+ Billing employees. In 2005, they moved to McLeod Software as a Mobile Applications Architect, where they created the company's iOS application and REST-based Web Services for Mobile Applications, and provided customer support for the iOS application and flagship Java products, LoadMaster and PowerBroker. In 2019, they joined Accenture Federal Services as an Application Development Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Railroad19.
Brian Mauter attended Coffee High School from 1993 to 1997. Brian then obtained a BS in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama between 1997 and 2001. In 2005 they obtained a Java SCJP certification from Sun Microsystems. In 2018 they obtained a Part 107 Commercial Remote Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
