Lauren Penwitt has extensive experience in human resources, administration, and customer service. Currently serving as an HR & Accounting Administrator at Railway Supply Group since January 2018, Lauren manages payroll for 40 employees and tracks leave accruals. Prior roles include Member Experience Director and Administrative Assistant at Midtown Athletic Clubs, where Lauren enhanced member loyalty and satisfaction. Lauren also worked as a Medical Office Assistant at Steil Dermatology, providing clinical support for medical specialists, and as an A/R Coder at Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, focusing on coding and billing. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recreation Attendant at MCCS, delivering customer service to a large patron base. Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Colorado Technical University and an Associate of Science from Moraine Valley Community College.
