Orlan Reyes Enriquez is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in configuration management and engineering. Currently serving as a RAN Configuration Engineer at rain South Africa since September 2020, Orlan specializes in RAN configuration management for Nokia and Huawei networks, as well as troubleshooting RAN-related issues. Previously, in a leadership role at Nokia during the Vodacom Modernization Project, Orlan oversaw configuration management and RIC operations, effectively supporting modernization efforts. Orlan's career began with significant contributions at various companies, including Metro Telworks, Lemcon-Likusasa, and Covenant Consultants, where responsibilities ranged from integration engineering to project support across 2G/3G network rollouts and upgrades. Orlan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University.
