Abanibhusan Bera is an experienced consulting partner and founder director, currently providing sales training and leadership coaching to B2B and professional services organizations at RAIN Group and Bera Consulting Services, respectively. With over 20 years of experience in the industrial automation and safety sectors, Bera has held various leadership roles, including Regional Sales Head at Rockwell Automation, where expertise was developed in process safety and business development. Previous positions include Vice President at VIMAL FIRE CONTROLS, Assistant Vice President at ABB Ltd, and Associate Director at Invensys, with a strong focus on sales and marketing across the oil and gas industry.
