Mary Mbaogu is a dedicated customer support executive currently employed at Rain International since October 2021, where responsibilities include resolving customer complaints and educating clients about products while facilitating upselling and cross-selling. Previously, Mary worked as a freelance social media manager and content creator from May 2019 to October 2020, developing marketing strategies and conducting keyword research to convert followers into clients. As a service project manager during the National Youth Service Corps with Corp-peer Educator Trainers, Mary coordinated project execution, collaborated with team members, and managed budgets. Earlier experience includes a role as a chemistry teacher at Good Time Excels Academy, where Mary nurtured students’ interest in science and provided targeted tutoring for various examinations. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Michael Okpara University, obtained in 2016.
