Lakshmeesh Rao

Lakshmeesh Rao possesses extensive experience in the investment and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at RAIN Technologies since February 2021, Lakshmeesh has also held the position of Director and Algorithmic Trading Strategist at ALPHAMATTERS ADVISORS since September 2014. Previously, Lakshmeesh coordinated mathematical modeling activities at the TuDelft iGEM team, contributing to innovative tuberculosis detection mechanisms from March 2012 to November 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Systems Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd, focusing on desktop application development for Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company from November 2009 to June 2011. Lakshmeesh holds a Master of Science in Systems and Control from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
