Chelsie Hodgkiss

Chelsie Hodgkiss has worked in the marketing and HR fields since 2011. Chelsie began their career at Rain Retail Software as the Marketing Automation Manager, where they oversaw the company's HubSpot account, email marketing, and product marketing. Chelsie also assisted in lead projections, cost analysis, and reporting. Chelsie then moved into the role of Director of HR, where they implemented new policies and procedures, worked on regulations with 3rd parties, and helped implement new software for payroll. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Onboarding, where they oversaw the customer journey from sign-up to live transition and support. Chelsie also implemented new policies, procedures, and team building to help with team coordination and output. In addition, they were responsible for recruiting, hiring, and maintaining relationships with employees. In 2018, they moved to Cedar Fort Fire Department as an Administrative Assistant.

Chelsie Hodgkiss has a Master of Arts in Nursing from Provo College, which they obtained in 2011. Chelsie also attended Timpanogos High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Email Marketing, Contextual Marketing, HubSpot CMS For Marketers, HubSpot Sales Software, and HubSpot Marketing Software from HubSpot, with the most recent certification being obtained in March 2022. Chelsie also has an AEMT certification.
