Caitlin Davies

Caitlin Davies has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caitlin is currently working at Rain the Growth Agency since 2015. Caitlin has held various roles in the company, including Senior Media Manager, Media Manager, Associate Media Manager, Media Assistant, and Media Coordinator. In these positions, they have been responsible for presenting informational data, consulting with representatives, resolving discrepancies, and improving internal system efficiency.

Before joining Rain the Growth Agency, Caitlin worked as a Development Associate / Special Events at Friendship Community and as an On-Campus Intern at Career Athletes in 2014. In 2013, they worked as a German Study Group Leader at Kutztown University, where they developed strong communication skills and coordinated study sessions. In 2012, they served as a Swim Camp Counselor and an Entrepreneurially Talented Teen Camp Counselor at Kutztown University.

Their earliest work experience includes roles at Ephrata Recreation Center and Ephrata Community Pool, where they worked as a Lifeguard, Swim Lessons Instructor, and Swim Team Coach. In these positions, they ensured patron safety, maintained facility cleanliness, and provided excellent customer service.

Caitlin Davies completed their secondary education at Ephrata Senior High School from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their GED in General Studies. Caitlin then pursued higher education at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Caitlin has obtained several certifications from The Trade Desk Edge Academy. Caitlin completed the Executive Program certification in October 2022, the Trading Essentials certification in October 2022, the Data-Driven Planning certification in September 2021, and the Marketing Foundations certification in September 2021.
