Jane Crisan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jane began their career as the owner of Millennial Information Services in 1999. Jane then worked as a Digital Strategy consultant at coolfire.interactive, where they developed the first dealer intranet/portal for Ford Motor Company. From 2000 to 2004, they served as an Engagement Management specialist at Organic, leading digital campaigns for Dodge and Motorsports.

In 2005, Crisan joined JWT as an SVP and Group Project Director - Digital. Jane provided oversight for digital projects and strategies for various clients. Jane then transitioned to Wunderman Team Detroit, where they worked as an SVP and Group Director, leading digital marketing performance for Ford Motor Company.
