Maria Haberle

Maria Haberle's work experience begins in 2012 as a Front Desk Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton, where they provided customer service, managed general office tasks, and implemented new efficiencies. In 2013, they worked at Nusenda Credit Union as a Lead Teller, leading other tellers in sales, accuracy, and procedural changes, and processing cash through the vault. Maria then transitioned to the role of Records Specialist, managing records and optimizing procedures according to federal compliance standards.

In 2015, Maria joined Advantis Credit Union as an Operations Support Specialist, where they consulted front-line employees on internal processes and compliance regulations. Maria conducted research, generated procedures, and managed projects to improve company-wide processes.

Starting in 2017, Maria worked at Oregon's Finest as a Senior Consultant/Art Coordinator. In this role, they managed inventory, retail sales, and day-to-day operations. Maria also championed a program to showcase local artists in stores and organized community events. Additionally, they contributed to operational efficiencies through a Continuous Improvement team.

In 2018, Maria joined Fuel Medical Group as a Marketing Project Assistant. Maria managed corporate projects for B2B marketing, coordinated trade show schedules, and communicated with internal stakeholders to oversee project stages and maintain status reports. Maria then advanced to the role of Account Coordinator, where they coordinated and monitored multiple marketing projects, communicated with Account Managers and internal stakeholders, and maintained project updates. Finally, as a Marketing Project Manager, Maria created and implemented marketing strategies and service plans for various clients. Maria managed multiple projects, tracked their success, and ensured they met or exceeded expectations. Maria also fostered client relationships by consulting on marketing strategies and suggesting additional offerings.

Maria's most recent work experience, starting in 2022, is as a Project Manager at Rain the Growth Agency.

Maria Haberle has a diverse education history. In 2009-2010, they attended the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences where they obtained a Certification in Audio Engineering. Following that, from 2011 to 2014, they studied at Central New Mexico Community College, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. During the same period, they also pursued an Associate's Degree in Communications from the same institution.

Later on, in February 2020, Maria obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute. Currently, they are enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications, starting their studies in 2021 and expected to complete them in 2022.
