Michael Hynd has a diverse work experience in the field of ad operations and digital media. Michael started their career at Walt Disney Internet Group as an Ad Traffic Coordinator, where they coordinated campaigns and maintained active campaigns. Michael then moved to OgilvyOne Worldwide as a Senior Adserving Coordinator, managing the delivery of display campaigns and working with ad serving solutions and rich media platforms. At Everyday Health Inc., they served as a Manager of Ad Serving and led operations for online subscription products, project managing tag implementation and collaborating with the creative team for optimization. Michael joined Mindshare as a Manager of Ad Operations, supervising teams for served accounts and maintaining ad server vendor relationships. Michael then worked at Crisp Mobile, first as a Director of Ad Operations overseeing a team of ad traffickers and traders, and later as a Director of Account Management, monitoring campaign delivery and performance while overseeing account managers and operations personnel. Michael then joined ZypMedia, Inc. as a Director of Ad Operations, managing local and offshore teams and serving as the escalation point for technical and client matters. Currently, Michael holds the position of Digital Media Associate Director of Ad Operations at Rain the Growth Agency.
