Nic Parrish

Nic Parrish is currently working as the Senior Director of Client Development at Rain the Growth Agency since July 2022. In this role, Nic leads the Client Development team in pursuing high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands seeking to scale and optimize. Prior to this position, Nic served as the Group Account Director at Rain the Growth Agency from July 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Rain the Growth Agency, Nic founded XscapePod, an on-demand outdoor gear rental and retail company, in May 2017 and held various responsibilities including strategy, marketing, partnerships, fund raising, and day-to-day operations until May 2021.

In November 2018, Nic worked as an Account Director at Team Studio until August 2019. From March 2013 to November 2018, Nic served as a Group Account Director at R2C Group. Additionally, Nic worked at Wunderman as an Associate Director from March 2010 to March 2013.

Nic's earlier work experience includes holding the role of Campaign Manager at Network Solutions, a domain registrar specializing in web products, from June 2009 to March 2010. Prior to that, Nic was employed as a Program Manager at Optima Direct, a contact center consulting agency, from February 2006 to June 2009. In this position, Nic managed multi-channel marketing, sales, and customer support campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and performed client services and vendor management duties in both North American and European markets.

Nic Parrish attended Bowling Green State University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
