Perlita Anzures-Flores

Perlita Anzures-Flores has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Crew Member at McDonald's from 2013 to 2015. Perlita then worked as a Finalist in the Emerging Leaders Internship program in 2018. In the same year, they worked as an Account Coordinator at FIR Northwest, where they managed client relationships and oversaw various teams to achieve objectives. Perlita also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Boly:Welch, conducting research, writing content, and analyzing surveys to improve candidate relations. Perlita also has experience at Portland State University, where they held multiple roles, including Social Media Consultant, Student Ambassador - Student Coordinator, and University Communications Lead Social Media Assistant. During their time at PSU, they created multimedia content, managed marketing campaigns, and oversaw the recruitment and training of student ambassadors. Perlita later joined SheScales, where they worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Client Development Specialist, assisting female founders in scaling their businesses. Perlita's most recent work experience is at Rain the Growth Agency, where they have held the roles of Marketing Coordinator, Client Development Specialist, and currently works as a Media Planner. In their roles at Rain, they evaluated prospects, facilitated client development processes, corresponded with prospective clients, and implemented templates for enhancing the client development process.

Perlita Anzures-Flores has a Honors Diploma from Hermiston High School. Perlita also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing, cum laude, from Portland State University.
