Rylan Malerbi, CPA

Rylan Malerbi, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles within the finance field. Rylan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Rain the Growth Agency, a position they have held since January 2023.

Previously, Rylan worked at Tag, starting in 2000 and advancing through the ranks to become the CFO, Americas. During their time at Tag, they also served as the interim CFO remotely for the NY domestic HQ position in both 2015 and 2019. Following the division of Williams Lea and Tag, Rylan remained with Williams Lea, one of the standalone business units.

Rylan has had multiple stints at Williams Lea, initially joining in 2000 as a Finance Manager and then leaving to work at Washington Mutual Bank as a Finance Director, specifically in the Marketing department. However, they were recruited back to Williams Lea later in 2006 as the Finance Director and was subsequently promoted to the role of VP Finance.

Before their corporate career, Rylan served in the US Army Reserve as a USACE from 1991 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Rylan has demonstrated their financial expertise and leadership, assuming interim CFO responsibilities and adapting to organizational changes.

Rylan Malerbi, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Montana, which was obtained from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they have completed an MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University. Rylan has also obtained certifications, including one as a Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Rylan also holds a Post-Baccalaureate Accounting Certificate from Southern Oregon University.
