Andrew Bera

Andrew Bera is a product safety professional with extensive experience in design, construction, evaluation, and remediation of equipment design defects. They currently serve as a Senior Program Manager at Rain Bird Corporation and have been a member of the Executive Committee for the IEEE San Diego Section since 2004, directing its operational and financial activities. Previously, Andrew held positions such as Senior Regulatory Compliance at Hunter Industries and Equipment Engineer/CE Compliance at Abbott Vascular, where they managed compliance with safety and GAMP requirements. Andrew's educational background includes an AAS in Electronics and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, alongside project management training from the International Institute for Learning.
