Margie Beach has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Margie began their career at Mesa Public Schools/Mesa Youth Placement Service as a Job Order Clerk/Presenter from 1989 to 1994. Following this, they joined Phoenix Cement Company and Salt River Materials Group as an Administrative Assistant, where they were later promoted to Communications Director. In this role, they handled various administrative and public relations duties, managed advertising and marketing decisions, and represented the company on high-level boards and committees. Margie then served as the Communications Director at Salt River Materials Group from 1995 to 2010. Currently, they are working as the Director of Communications and Community Relations at Rainbow Acres, a Christian community that supports adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, they create newsletters, news releases, and marketing pieces, and represents Rainbow Acres in the local communities.

Margie Beach attended Arizona State University from 1969 to 1973, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
