David Farrow

David Farrow has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Principal at Churchill Public School within the Rainbow District School Board since 2000. Responsibilities include managing curriculum, human resources, physical plant management, and performance appraisals, with direct supervision over a diverse team of educators and support staff. Previously held principal positions at Northeastern Elementary School and Princess Anne Public School, overseeing similar operational functions and staff management. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chairperson at Maison McCulloch Hospice and management roles within youth sports organizations. David Farrow holds an Executive MBA from Athabasca University, a Specialist degree in Special Education from the University of Ottawa and University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Education from Mount Allison University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology with a minor in Geography from Mount Allison University.
