Jason Malsam

Jason Malsam is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various positions. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Rainbow Energy Marketing Corporation since June 2022, Jason previously held the role of Branch Manager at ILCO and Project Manager at the same company, overseeing design and installation of systems for various industries. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager and Project Manager at Magnetation, Inc., where Jason managed significant budgets and multiple departments. A strong foundation in engineering was established through earlier roles including Junior Engineer Scientist at the University of Minnesota and Research Assistant in the Bio-stabilization Laboratory. Jason holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, along with an Associate's degree from Bismarck State College.
