Mike Iven is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in maintenance management and customer support across various organizations within the helicopter industry. Currently serving as VP Maintenance - DOM at Rainbow Helicopters since October 2020, Mike has previously held significant roles including Director of Programs at Schweizer and Associate Director of Customer Support at Safran Helicopter Engines. Additional experience includes managing the helicopter line at Schweizer and overseeing maintenance operations at multiple companies including Schuman Aviation and Cessna Service Center Hawaii. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from FernUni Hagen and has earned several qualifications in aeronautical maintenance technology and business management.
