Barbara Allen

Barbara Allen has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and management roles. Barbara served as the VP of Human Resources at Rainbow Hospice & Palliative Care from 2001 to present, where they implemented changes to HR policies and procedures and provided guidance on employee relations issues. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Contemporary Services from 1998 to 2001. Barbara started their career at Little City Foundation in 1980, where they served as a Group Home Manager until 1998.

Barbara Allen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, which they obtained from Roosevelt University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to their Master's, they also completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Resources from 1998 to 2002.
