Kelly Hildebrand

Kelly Hildebrand is a skilled nursing professional with extensive experience in hospice and long-term care management. Currently serving as the Hospice Nurse Manager at Rainbow Community Care since January 2021, Kelly oversees end-of-life care delivery. Previously held the position of Director of Nursing at The Lutheran Home Association from June 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Department, ensuring resident care plans were developed appropriately. Prior to that, from May 2014 to May 2016, Kelly worked as a Unit Manager at Willowbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, addressing family concerns and coordinating discharge services. Kelly's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Madison Area Technical College, completed between 2010 and 2013, along with earlier studies at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2005 to 2007.
