Michael Maier

Michael Maier started their work experience as a Senior Accountant at Behling, Jasper & Selberg, LLC in November 2000. Michael performed compilations and reviews of businesses, prepared adjusting journal entries and financial statements, and also prepared personal and business tax returns. In October 2003, they joined Rainbow Hospice Care, Inc. as the Director of Finance and IT. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, treasury, and internal controls. Michael also prepared monthly financial statements and reported results to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors. In January 2010, they were promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rainbow Hospice Care, Inc., where they were responsible for managing the financial operations, accounting, IT, and HR functions of the organization. Michael led closing and reporting activities, prepared federal and state financial and regulatory reports, and presented related analysis to the management team and Board of Directors.

Michael Maier obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology & Training from the same university, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003.
