Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of HR at Greenlight Planet, where global HR strategies were developed, leading to significant operational expansion beyond India. In a prior role at Aircel, Anil managed HR functions across multiple regions, contributing to substantial business growth. Anil's career includes leadership positions at GAVS Technologies, Sasken Communication Technologies, and Idea Cellular, where comprehensive HR strategies and employee development programs were implemented. Anil holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis International University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from M S University, Baroda.
