In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Chad is responsible for the overall financial, accounting, and treasury management for the company and related affiliates. Chad has extensive experience and company knowledge in business management and planning, financial planning, accounting, employee benefit and retirement plans, and risk management. He joined Rainbow in 1995 as an accountant. Chad earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Troy, MI.
