The Vice Presidents at Rainbows United oversee their respective departments to ensure the organization delivers comprehensive and high-quality services to young children with special needs. The VP of Human Resources manages employee relations and recruitment efforts, the VP of Programs and Services ensures the effective implementation and quality of service programs, the VP of Marketing & Communications promotes the organization and its missions, the VP of Finance handles budgeting and financial planning, and the VP of Development spearheads fundraising and partnership initiatives.
