Bill Briscall

Bill Briscall is an experienced communications and fund development manager currently overseeing internal communications for over 400 staff at RainCity Housing, where responsibilities include creating communication policies, facilitating community advisory committees, and moderating town hall meetings. With a history at RainCity Housing dating back to 2000, Bill has held various roles, including Program Manager for a pioneering Housing First Transitional Housing Program in Vancouver, and has extensive experience in supporting marginalized populations. Previously, Bill worked as an Outreach Worker at Lookout Emergency Aid Society, focusing on client support and staff training. Bill's educational background includes studies in Communication and Media Studies at Simon Fraser University and The University of British Columbia, along with Human Resources Management certification from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
