Iesha Henderson

Iesha Henderson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in managing peer-led programs focused on harm reduction. Currently serving as the Regional Program Manager of Peer Services & Harm Reduction at RainCity Housing and Support Society since August 2016, Iesha has also held the role of Acting Senior Manager in the same department. Concurrently, Iesha works as a Community Support Worker and Housing First Specialist at IYA Counselling & Coaching and has been providing services as a Counsellor and Coach. Additionally, Iesha serves as an Addiction Coordinator with Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. Iesha is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Thompson Rivers University, expected to graduate in 2024.
