Marco Ross is the CEO and Co-Founder of Raindrop, a company modernising pensions for the self-employed, a role held since 2020. They previously served as Vice President at NatWest Markets (2018–2019) and at Credit Suisse (2013–2018) in Interest Rate Derivatives Trading (EUR Swaps).
