Sanjay Chimnani

Sanjay Chimnani is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in real estate, hospitality, and facility management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Raine & Horne Dubai and Globe Williams International, Sanjay plays a vital role in these global organizations. Sanjay is also the Founder and CEO of popuprent, an innovative platform for retail spaces, and previously managed Bottles & Chimney, Hyderabad's first nightclub. Additionally, Sanjay has experience in the Australian market through ownership of Bob's Steak & Chop House and has a history of investment and property management through Dynasty Inc. Sanjay's career began as COO at Baron International Ltd. and later served as CEO of TCL Baron India Ltd. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nizam College and an Associate's Degree in Commerce from Hyderabad Public School.
