Evan Ellsworth

Evan is a Managing Director at Raine and joined the firm in 2020.

Evan focuses on Raine’s advisory work and principal investments across multiple sectors including real money gaming, leisure, and blockchain technology. He also partners with Raine’s Private Capital Markets team on assignments related to leveraged finance. Prior to joining Raine, Evan was a member of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division at Credit Suisse and worked on a variety of M&A and financing transactions for clients in the firm’s Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging, and Financial Sponsors groups. He began his career as an officer in the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.

Evan received a B.A. in Political Science from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
