Katrina Avila

Katrina Avila is currently the Regional Vice President at Rainey Property Management. Katrina has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, starting their career as a Property Supervisor at CNC Investments in 2001. In 2003, they transitioned to Senior Property Manager at AIMCO, and in 2011, they became Regional Property Manager at CFLane. In 2014, they joined US Residential Group as their Regional Manager and was responsible for the daily operations of 2000 units in Houston and San Antonio. In 2017, Katrina became the Regional Manager at CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC., where they remained until 2019 when they accepted the position of Regional Director of Operations at Alpha Capital Partners LLC. Katrina held this position until October 2020 when they became Senior Regional Director of Operations at Monument Property Management. Katrina remained in this role until January 2021 when they took their current position as Regional Vice President at Rainey Property Management.
