Daria Kostiuk

Daria Kostiuk is an accomplished project manager and agile coach with extensive experience in software testing and product management. Currently serving as Chairwoman of the Board for Bergen for Ukraina, a non-profit organization assisting Ukrainian refugees in Norway, Daria has also held key positions at Rainfall AS, where responsibilities included managing internal IT projects and initiating Agile transformations. Previous roles at Tobii Dynavox and Ciklum involved product ownership, quality assurance leadership, and scrum mastery, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and drive process improvements. Daria holds various certifications, including PRINCE2 and Agile Coach, alongside a medical degree in psychology from Ukrainian Medical University.
